Excellent service by friendly and hospitable staff. Clean and efficient check-in process. Good location. Cost-friendly breakfast at AED 20 per head. Helpful staff, especially the security personnel. Excellent tea.

Almost perfect.

Every place we wanted to visit including reef mall was walking distance to this hotel. Choosing for lunch Yuraku, which is situated 400 feet away was a good idea:)))

It was a low-budget hotel, situated really conveniently for getting to Dubai Creek SPB airport. The staff was accommodating and the stay certainly was good value. All the main sights, including deira clock tower are near to the property...

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to get around the area. It is also close to several landmarks, including the flight path. it is quite far from the tourist area. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with basic amenities. the staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests.

Cleanliness seems to be an issue in some areas of the hotel, including the hallway and bathroom, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

At the beginning, they give a very un cleaned room with a bad lighting. Many things was bad in such a place, like the water heater wasn't working,, asking maintenance or engineering to come to fix it.. Until by chance I found one of them hanging around in the corridor, I asked to fix my heater. He was trying to do something but ended with nothing,, I spent the four nights without a warm water. At last, they also refused to change my booking and cancel one night from the booking cause I don't want to stay anymore in the hotel. In short,, it was a nightmare.

I choe this hotel during Spring Break season as it was close enough to the airport and affordable. However, the room and bathroom smelled. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom. If I had any other choice, I would have slept elsewhere.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the spacious rooms with king-size beds and balconies. The location is also convenient, being close to the metro and within walking distance of other landmarks.

Central to the metro and shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful; if not for prepayment and the staff, we would have checked out. The reception area pleasing with a flat screen tv mounted on the wall to watch.

The apartment was run down - so much so that we were unable to use the kitchen except to store milk in the fridge. Aside from the poor hygiene/tired units - the kitchen did not have satisfactory crockery/pans/cutlery etc., to use. The tv was supposed to have cable/satellite but the only channels available were local and in arabic. Of the two towels left, one was threadbare and the other stained. The net curtain had a dead fly squashed into it and looked like it had been there a while! Whilst the bed linen looked laundered the bed coverings were stained. I would not stay here again even if I was offered accommodation for free. There are no in-room safes.

Bad staff behaviors, and also the last night the water from somewhere came into our room and ruined every thing! We called the police but the hotel did not accept the responsibility. I suggest booking to omit this hotel from the list!

The rooms are spacious, with comfortable king-size beds and even a balcony. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are all in place. Additionally, the breakfast provided is tasty and satisfying.

One small improvement could be made for a more enjoyable stay.

Great Place to live for short period..in the heart of Deira Dubai

The attention to detail is impressive, especially in the clean and spacious rooms with king-size beds. The location is convenient, far away from the tourist area but close to the metro and other landmarks. The breakfast provided is delicious, a perfect start to the day.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Good location near to the malls, and near to the airport.The hotel staff are very cooperative. Rooms are clean, reasonable price for the rooms and there is a car parking too.

The internet was not worked and it was very slow, and also there was no an it technecian and etc to fix it.
